Release from Liability and Negligence for Swim Team Activities
"I do hereby release the Kings Charter Owners' Association, Inc. agent, staff or instructors from any and all liability for injury to my minor child in swim team activities.
The swim team program is designed to provide trained instruction to participants through exercise and practice routines and competition meets.
The Kings Charter Owners' Association requests that each participant enrolling in the program, consult with his/her physician with respect to any past of present illness, injury, cardiovascular problem, knee problem, or any other condition that may affect his/her participation in and ability to endure the exercise program.
I acknowledge that I have read the above paragraphs, that I understand them, that I will discuss any health concerns that I have with respect to the participation of my minor child/children in the swim team activities with his/her physician, and that I knowingly execute this release from liability and negligence."

By enrolling my child/children in the Kings Charter Swim Team, I understand that I have a family obligation to fulfill my volunteer parent worker assignment. I also understand that I must find my own replacement worker should I be unable to work my assignment, and I must forward that name to the Volunteer Director. Further, I understand that if I fail to complete a work assignment, my child/children will not be able to swim in the following swim meet.

REGISTRATION REIMBURSEMENTS |
If swimmer withdraws before practice begins
100% reimbursement
If swimmer withdraws before 1st meet
50% reimbursement of fees for the last swimmer registered
Example: If a family registers 3 swimmers and 1 decides not to swim, $15 will be reimbursed to that family.
Reimbursement if swimmer withdraws after 1st meet
No reimbursement given
Reimbursement if swimmer does not make the team
Registration fee minus GRAL fees
REIMMBURSMENT WILL BE ISSUED AFTER A WRITTEN REQUEST OR EMAIL HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE REGISTRATION DIRECTOR.
