You will need to click the Save button for each swimmer after you select attending or not attending.

Parking: The parking lot is reserved for the away team. Kings Charter families should plan to park on the streets around the pool or walk/bike to the meet if possible.

Seating: Seating for the home team is located on the left side of the pool deck (the volleyball/playground side). Please bring deck chairs for your use. Please remember that the baby pool, playground, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts are all off-limits during the swim meet.

Warm-ups: Home team warm-ups are at 5:00pm.

Relays: Relay assignments will be posted at the meet each week. For home meets, they will be posted by the bathrooms. Swimmers will be able to check these postings to see if they have been assigned to a relay team at the beginning of the meet. 8 & Under relays will also be announced directly after the team cheer before the meet. As a reminder, 8 & Under relays are the first event and all other relays are at the end of the meet. Swim meet event order can be found on our website.

Concessions: Food will be available from Dave’s Al-A Cart, and our concession stand will offer hot dogs, chips, candy, and drinks. Dave’s Al-A Cart takes cash and credit, and our concession stand takes cash and Venmo. We will also have Kona Ice. All will be available in the parking lot outside of the pool. You are also welcome to bring your own food.

Reminder: Please ensure no swimmer has any sharpie markings on their bodies other than event numbers on hands and diving markings.

Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we may have to exit the pool deck until conditions improve. Lifeguards are trained on and responsible for making a determination when the pool and the pool deck must be closed, prioritizing the safety of all present. If the deck is closed, please support the life guards and help clear the facility promptly. If we have to clear the deck due to the weather, you may wait in your cars. Please ensure you have signed up for Remind to get weather updates. Instructions can be found in the Documents section on our website.
